Hog Butchering

Its so early I grunted to my family as I climbed into the truck with them. Covered with long underwear and sweat pant under baggy jeans, and layers of long sleeve shirts, a hoodie, and coat, I turned the heat on mount blast. It was an icy February cockcrow and the sun was just sustainning to make the sky aim as its first rays strand so forthed over the horizon. Although I complained, I was timbre to be on my way to our old farm where we would micturate the yearly family event that supplied our whole Hotop side of the family with pork. My cousin fattened subject the eight hogs we would use, my dads 11 brothers and sisters would gather with their kids, and we would summons the hogs ourselves. Although we could easily kill the pigs ourselves, we take it to the professionals so there is no slip up in the killing process where the pigs would suffer. The carcasses were tooth around in the back of my uncles pickup, including everything but the guts. My uncles set forth to expend the nearly 200 pound carcasses and stack them on tables in the shed. I start to munch on my donut, and have words with my cousins virtually the latest gossip happening at school.
