Beowulf   The story of Beowulf was told in a  cartridge holder of  contend and  struggle.    When the story said Beowulf held his breath while sinking for hours, that was  reaching it enough, but adding all the time it took him to fight Grendels mother, and then swim back up to the surface, it is  beneficial physically impossible.
